Stein Versluis is a missionary-evangelist, leading the work of Gospel Transformation.
Stein shares with us:
“I was born and raised in a little town called Ameide in the Netherlands. From an early age, I was asking myself the question: ‘How do I become a child of God?’ After a long struggle, I finally found the answer while reading John 3:14-15. “And just as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, so must the Son of Man be lifted up, so that everyone who believes will have eternal life in Him.” I realized that salvation would not come to me by looking at myself, but by looking to Jesus who did a perfect work on the cross.
As I grew in my relationship with God and experience of the Holy Spirit, my desire grew to share this amazing discovery with others. After finishing secondary school, I attended Charis Bible College where I received a solid foundation through the teachings from the Word of God.
In 2022, I began to sense a deeper compassion for the lost than ever before. It led me to leaving the Netherlands to reach the youth of East-Africa with the Gospel. After seeing God take me from one outreach to the other and enlarging my vision, I decided to start Gospel Transformation.
I believe we are at the beginning of the greatest evangelistic and missionary movement in history. Let’s join forces and see nations transformed by the power of the Gospel. All for His glory!”
